Byung Hoon Ahn is a Ph.D. Candidate at UCSD with 5+ years of industry experience on various layers of the system stack for AI/ML. He has led multiple projects to commercialization as well as publication to top venues in the respective fields. His main research interests span Machine Learning, Compilers, and Computer Architecture. Prior to his Ph.D. studies, Byung Hoon received his B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Korea University. He was selected Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship Finalist in 2020 and was awarded the Korean Government Scholarship for Overseas Studies in 2018.
